Personalize event communications
Want to send more targeted emails to your audience? Now you can with Audience Selection.
This new update gives event organizers the ability to send more targeted emails using segmentation capabilities - such as ticket type and registration status.
This feature is available on all Hopin plans and you can access it today by going to Marketing > Email Attendees.
Boost audience engagement with our Mentimeter integration
Polls, Q&A, quizzes, word clouds, and more – our new Mentimeter integration will take your event engagement to the next level.
Give attendees an even more immersive experience. Mentimeter is great for brainstorming, collecting questions ahead of an event, and hosting live quizzes or polls.
The Mentimeter integration is now available on all Hopin plans.
Configure Session Display
At in-person events, attendees can enjoy the luxury of entering a session room before it starts so they can get settled in and familiar with the content that is about to be presented. Now you can offer that same experience in your virtual venue by adjusting when a session will appear and disappear for your attendees.
Session Display is available on all Hopin Plans and allows you to adjust session visibility as you wish. To use this feature, navigate to Setup > Basics > then scroll down to the bottom of Advanced Settings.
Bulk remove Schedule segments
If your event schedule is constantly changing –– now it’s even easier to keep up.
We’ve added the ability to remove Schedule segments in bulk so you can remove multiple event segments from the Schedule page.
This functionality is available on all Hopin plans.
