Early event access is here! You can now give attendees access to an event up to two weeks before it goes live.

With this new functionality, you can:

  • Boost excitement and engagement by allowing attendees to participate in chats and polls ahead of the event
  • Facilitate impactful connections through pre-event meetings
  • Help attendees customize their experience by adding items from the event schedule to their personal agenda ahead of time

Give your attendees even more ways to share their voice with Pigeonhole Live, an audience engagement tool. Add this new integration to facilitate conversations, crowdsource questions, get feedback, and hold your audience’s attention.

With this new integration, you can:

  • Easily embed live chat functionality, Q&A, polls, and surveys into different event areas
  • Receive a live update of your audience’s questions and sentiment
  • Gather feedback during sessions and workshops

Boost the branding on your event websites with custom fonts

When it comes to marketing your event, every detail matters. Now you can power up your branding by uploading custom fonts to Canvas, and easily building an event website that features the look and feel you want.

With this new functionality, you can:

  • Level up the marketing for your events with a stronger brand identity
  • Easily upload .otf, .ttf, and .woff font files directly inside your Canvas event website editor

Here’s a sneak peek at some upcoming launches:

  • Recommended segment: Want to drive people to the Expo? Or maybe a specific session? Soon, you’ll be able to mark event segments as “recommended.” Attendees will get in-app notifications about these recommended experiences and guidance on how to find them.
  • HubSpot Marketing Events: We’re enhancing our HubSpot integration. You’ll soon be able to save relationships between participants and events, ultimately helping you improve your HubSpot lists and custom reports.
