Happy Tuesday, Hopin community! We’ve got several exciting new features and functionality to share with you today, so let’s jump right in.
First, let’s start with a preview of features we’re working to release in the next couple weeks:
- Cvent Integration Update: For organizers on Advanced Plans we’ll be updating our Cvent integration to allow you to push magic links to Cvent when importing a Cvent registration to Hopin.
Updated Venue Controls
Whether you’re hosting a happy hour or a multi-day conference it’s important to keep in mind what you want your attendees to see in different spaces. We’re now allowing you to remove chat, Q&A, and polls per area on the Venue Control section of the Event Dashboard. This will allow you to create the exact experience you want for your attendees with full control of the tabs that appear in your event side panels. Available on all plans.
Chat, Polls, & Q&A Toggle
To help make sure your attendees have a consistent experience across different event spaces we’ve added a new toggle which will allow chat, polls and Q&A to be turned off in all event areas. Available on all plans. Learn how to toggle off Chat, Q&A, and Polls.
Slido Language Update
Slido is an easy-to-use Q&A and polling app that allows event organizers to crowdsource top audience questions, engage participants with live polls and quizzes, and collect instant feedback with surveys. Our Slido integration has just been updated to accommodate non-English languages — simply turn on Slido and select your preferred language. Available on all plans. Learn more about Slido integration.
Hubspot Integration Update
For organizers on our Growth Plan, you now have access to our Hubspot integration. It will allow you to connect Hopin with Hubspot to easily manage registrations, send attendee info directly to your CRM, and embed your events into your marketing workflows.
