First, let’s start with a preview of features we’re working to release in the next couple weeks:
PDF Download for Post-Event Analytics: Ability to download post-event analytics dashboards as a PDF.
Improved Chat: Improved chat experience with added features including ability for adding mentions and emojis.
Cvent Import: Added functionality to our integration with Cvent allowing you to import additional information about your registrants.
Improvised signup process: A smoother signup process for creating a Hopin account.
Here’s what’s new in the Hopin platform this week:
With our updated Q&A feature we’ve made it easier to tailor Q&A for different parts of your event. We’ve added the ability to moderate questions which include approving/removing questions, removing questions in bulk, or completely turning Q&A off and on in specific areas of your event. You can also filter questions by latest and most popular. Learn more about our update Q&A feature here. Available for all plans.
Magic Links Update
We’ve updated Magic Links to help improve the overall user experience and security for events by adding an additional verification step. This will help ensure only individuals who receive a magic link from your organization are able to attend your events. We've also added an "Add to Calendar" button to magic link confirmation emails to make it even easier for users to jump directly into your event from their calendar. Redesigned Event Dashboard
We’ve redesigned our event dashboard with a cleaner, more streamlined experience! Setting up and managing events is faster and navigating between different areas of your event is a lot easier. Check it out in your event dashboard. Available for all plans.
Event Registration Page Header Revamped
We’re updating the header section of the registrations page with a brand new design. This is done to accommodate our new upcoming Hopin Registration and Hopin Canvas products. This section will now show additional information such as the state of the event, if an attendee/organizer is registered, when the event is over, and when tickets are sold out/how to join the waitlist, and more! Available for all plans.
