New: Q&A Reports and Disable Post-event Surveys

Happy Tuesday, Hopin community! We’ve got several exciting new features and functionality to share with you today, so let’s jump right in.

First, let’s start with a preview of features we’re working to release in the next couple weeks:

• Improved Analytics Charts: Ability to customize timeframes for analytics charts in event dashboard.

• StreamYard Studio: Use StreamYard’s powerful live video studio from your Hopin Backstage to broadcast smooth, branded, and professional streams to your event stages.

• RTMP: Broadcast to one or multiple sessions using a single RTMP source.

• Networking: Improved look and feel for the networking area.

Q&A Reports

Q&A’s are an excellent way to engage with your attendees during your events. The problem is gathering all of those questions and answers after your event is a manual process. To help you make sure you’re able to capture this data more efficiently, we’ve added a new report which allows you to download attendee questions and responses in a CSV file. This will help your team gather all of that data so you have more actionable insights from your Q&As. Available on all plans.

Disable Post-event Surveys

Currently when an event ends attendees are removed from accessing event areas and a post-event survey is shown which asks about their experience. This new opt-in feature will allow you to disable this post-event survey. Available on all plans.
