Our integration capabilities continue to expand and improve. Now, organizers can automatically export a guest’s attendance status list directly to Cvent when participants join the event on Hopin.

With this new capability, organizers can:

  • Quickly track attendance for their events directly in Cvent

  • Automate workflows to ensure data is accurate across platforms

Available on: Business and Enterprise Plans.

Schedule updates have never been so seamless

Organizers now have the ability to bulk shift any part of the event schedule at any time. Best of all, shifting any segments automatically updates the timing of segments too.

With this new capability, organizers can:

  • Shift schedules on the spot when there are segment delays during a live event or when sessions run long

  • Quickly adjust schedules without worrying about how it will affect other segments
