Updates for event organizers
Showcase your brand by setting up a custom domain for your event in just a few simple steps. Your attendees will immediately recognize your branding when registering via the Canvas page and upon entering the event.
Registration custom form exporting improvements
Create custom registration form questions at the organization level to streamline event data among your existing business tools. Say goodbye to duplicating questions for each event and manually migrating registration information.
Save time by scheduling all your attendee emails in advance using Hopin’s campaign manager.
Attendee, registrant, and no-show report improvements
Hybrid event data and insights associated with UTM parameters are now available in attendee, registrant, and no-show reports.
Export custom registration questions to Marketo
Hopin’s Marketo app can now map and export custom questions from Hopin to the custom activities area in Marketo. Keep in mind that all questions must be formatted the same way to be tracked across multiple events.
Table view in schedule builder
Edit your schedules with ease using the new Table View. This interactive schedule builder allows you to bulk edit schedule elements inline without needing to open the segment controls.
Updated organizer dashboard
Those on the Free and Starter plans can now opt in to the simplified Organizer Dashboard. This new layout offers an uncluttered experience and makes it easier to switch between multiple organizations.
Save valuable time by creating your event using the new Quickstart Templates. These set-up wizards guide you through the event creation process and provide a simplified event dashboard with only necessary event elements.
Simplified data app configuration
You no longer need to uninstall and reinstall your data apps when configuring them. Simply click on “options” then “edit configuration” to make any changes.
Bulk copy event segments in Table View
When using the Table View, you can now bulk select and duplicate your schedule across additional days.
App Area segment in schedules
You now have the option to designate a schedule segment as an “App Area” segment to support engagement with your App Area experiences.
Multi-session segments in schedules
Create a streamlined schedule experience for attendees by grouping individual sessions into one segment.
You can now upload floor plans for your in-person event venues and make them accessible via the Hopin Attendee app.
Schedule polls in advance or during an event to streamline event management. You can also create “draft” polls so they only become visible to attendees when published.

Updated attendee dashboard
Anyone on the Free and Starter plans will now experience the new attendee dashboard. The simplified layout makes it easier to view upcoming, past, and recommended events.
Attendee mobile app
My agenda: Attendees can build their own schedules from the event segments by clicking on the bookmark icon.
New schedule design: The new design displays virtual and on-site tags along with room locations for onsite segments.
Floor Plans: Attendees can now visualize the floor plans uploaded by event organizers
