New: Embeddable Schedule Widget, Updated Reports Page

Happy Wednesday, Hopin community! We’ve got some exciting new features to share with you today, so let’s jump right in.

First, let’s start with a preview of features we’re working to release in the next couple weeks:

• Replay: Next week, we’ll be launching a content library in a new event area called Replay. In Replay, organizers can host recordings of different sessions and stages so attendees can watch the content during the event. Soon thereafter, we’ll be releasing an update to make the content available after the live event ends.

• Registration and Canvas Beta: We’ll be rolling out access over the next several weeks to our revamped registration product and new event page builder- Canvas. Keep an eye out in your event dashboard to try both out!

Embeddable Schedule Widget

When organizing an event, we know how important the website is for communicating all event details. Hopin users are now able to embed event schedules into their own third-party websites via an iFrame. This removes the hassle of manually adjusting session times or dates on your website, by automatically embedding the most up-to-date information in a widget.

Updated Reports Page

We’ve completely revamped our Report Page UI to empower users to pull insights about their event. With the new look and feel of the reports page, organizers can easily review descriptions, status, and interactions for each report type. This extensive set of reports can help organizers better understand the attendee engagement level during the event.
